Returns & Refunds
If you receive an item that is faulty, return it within 7 days after receiving your order. We will issue you a full refund once we have received your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your funds to processed by your payment method.

If you receive an item that you are not happy with, you can return within 7 days after receiving your order and we will offer you an exchange or store credit.
Delivery and Shipping
All orders will be dispatched within 3 days of placing order.
All orders will shipped with Royal Mail.
Any problems with the shipping process will have be reported directly to Royal Mail, including lost and delayed parcels.
