Recently I have found that the full moons have had a profound impact on my dreams. If I'm honest, I don't always keep track of the moon cycles, however, intuitively I know, because I can sense it through my dreams, thoughts and overall energy. Moons are like little stop gaps that welcome us and provide us with a safe space to reflect and heal. We often only do this once a year (new year), we will reflect on the past 365 days and create goals and realign with our soul's purpose. But due to the fast pace life many of us lead, checking in once a year often keeps us separated from our goals, desires and purpose. Start to use the moon cycles as little checkpoints to realign with yourself.
